GETTING HERE

  • Concert bowl gates open at Noon each day.  Parking lots open at 10:00 a.m.
    No tailgating allowed in parking lots.
     

  • All campers must enter the campground from the west via Clay Rd to W. Ripple Ave.
     

  • Customers with a VIP Parking pass must enter off  W. Ripple Ave. and can access Ripple from the east or west. 
     

  • GA Parking and those who still need to purchase parking should enter the Main Entrance from S. Washburn St. 
     

  • Rideshare users (Uber, Lyft, Cab) and all drop-offs must enter from W. Ripple Ave.
     

  • Credit cards or cash are accepted for parking payment. Purchasing parking in advance is highly recommended.

Tickets/Wristbands

  • Wristbands, camping, and parking passes purchased by June 15 were shipped to customers by U.S. Postal Service for most orders. 
     

  • Customers with tickets purchased after June 16th can pick up their wristbands at WILL CALL beginning July 31 or on their way into the festival. Customers will be required to provide Photo ID and the credit card associated with their order to claim their wristbands. 
     

  • Customers with printed or digital tickets can exchange their tickets for wristbands at WILL CALL with a Photo ID.
     

  • Any printed or digital ticket, or will-call order can be redeemed at any of the three festival box office locations during the festival. Box offices are located at the Main Gate, North Gate, and Camping Entrance. 
     

  • If you already have your wristband, you do NOT need to stop at the box office.
     

  • Check your spam folder if you did not receive an order confirmation from Etix. 
     

  • New for 2026: Early Ticket-to-Wristband Exchange! If you live nearby and would like to avoid the lines and wait times, visit our temporary box office located just inside our Washburn St. entrance from July 31-August 4. You can exchange your digital or printed ticket for a wristband, pick up your will-call order, and redeem your campsite and parking passes before the festival begins. Hours are below:
     

    • PRE-FESTIVAL WRISTBAND PICK UP HOURS at Washburn Entrance: 

      • Friday, July 31-Tuesday, August 4: 9a-7p

      • You may also do early wristband pick up at the Main Box Office on August 5 from 9a-7p.

    • FESTIVAL BOX OFFICE HOURS

      • Main Box Office: Sunday, August 9 - 9a-10p

  • This is a Cashless Event – Festival merch and food & beverage vendors do not accept cash.
     

  • Register your RFID wristband to purchase food and drinks with a tap of your wrist! You can link a credit card or load cash onto your wristband at any Guest Service tent on site or create a cashless profile using the button below.

Important Policies

  • Bag Policy: Only clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags no larger than 6”x9” are permitted in the concert bowl. Clutch bags smaller than 6”x9” do not need to be clear.

  • Water bottle Policy: Each person may bring one plastic, empty water bottle into concert bowl. Free water filling stations are located in the concert bowl and Camping Hub.

  • Lockers: Need a safe place to store your things? Locker rentals are available on site in GA and VIP.
    Visit the Guest Services tent.

Vendors & Activations

VIP Ticket Holders

  • VIP ticket holders have access to the express entry lane located at the North Gate for entry into the concert bowl.

    • VIP ticket holders may enter through the Main Gate as well, but there is no express entry lane there.

  • Complimentary catering is served from 5-7 pm

  • The complimentary Coors Light, Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy, and select Pepsi products are available at the VIP Lounge Bar Only.

CAMPING

All campers must enter the campground from the west via Clay Rd to Ripple Ave.
Follow posted signs.

  • Complimentary Campground Showers on Saturday & Sunday from 7am - 7pm. 

    • Prep area near campground hub showers with outlets, mirror, and vanity.
      Available Saturday & Sunday from 7am - 7pm.

  • Prep Area to help you get ready with outlets (for blow dryers, curling irons, etc.), mirror and vanity stations. Open 7am-7pm, next to Campground Hub showers.

  • Campground Hub Services:

    • Sometimes Morning Cocktail Bar 9 am-1pm on Saturday/Sunday

    • General Store 9am-1pm on Saturday/Sunday

    • Harmony Wellness Lounge (Massage & Psychic Readings) 9 am- 1pm  on Saturday/Sunday

  • Campground General Store: Online Orders accepted from 1pm-9pm on Saturday and Sunday. We will deliver ice and basic general store supplies to your campsite! Click here to order.
     

  • RV Water Refill/Waste Removal Services: Pit Stop Event Service is providing on-site waste pumping and water refill service for a fee. Visit https://pitstopeventservice.com/collections/xroads41 to request service.
